rpvip5 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for the purpose of age verification, identity confirmation, and fraud prevention. You may be required to submit supporting documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Black Diamond VIP members benefit from elevated deposit and withdrawal limits. Specific limits applicable to your Account are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.
Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within minutes. rpvip5 is not responsible for delays caused by the issuing bank or payment processor. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, you should contact rpvip5 customer support with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. rpvip5 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is identified as originating from an account not registered to the Account holder, the deposit will be reversed, any associated winnings forfeited, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Important: Never deposit funds on behalf of another person or allow another person to deposit into your Account. This constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure.
rpvip5 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi. Standard withdrawal processing time is under three minutes from the moment the request is approved. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier. Limits applicable to your Account are displayed in the Cashier section.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. rpvip5 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method at its discretion. All withdrawal destination accounts must be registered in the Account holder's name.
rpvip5 reserves the right to require completion of the KYC verification process before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified accounts where KYC has been requested and not yet completed. rpvip5 recommends completing KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing.
Withdrawal of Bonus Balance or winnings derived from Bonus Balance is not permitted until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings being forfeited prior to processing the withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.

For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires aggregate wagering of Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus funds or derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, the net Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance and derived winnings) will be refunded to the player via their registered payment method.

Before closure is processed, all pending wagers will be settled and any outstanding withdrawals will be processed.
